Problem:

The waterproofing layer has failed. Water seepage happened and leak to the lower floor thru the construction joints. Despite many layers of waterproofing has tried, the water leakage still happened.

Solutions :

Koster 21 Waterproofing and Torch on membrane Waterproofing System has been proposed to the owner. Eventually the waterproofing problem solved.
